A day in business development...
Every morning, we begin with a discussion of yesterday's accomplishments and our goals for the day. After that, it's time to start contacting prospective clients by phone, email, or heading out on the road to meet in person.
The team has a lot of energy, it's a lively environment, and we constantly support and learn from one another. Being a dynamic company, we must be informed of any changes and provide feedback on what we believe will or won't work.

A day in customer support...
My day starts with a coffee and a quick check-in with the team on Slack. Emails reveal a mix of enquiries – investors wanting project details and landlords needing clarification on our fixed rent guarantee.
The rest of the day flies by with a mix of calls, emails, and chats. Each interaction is a chance to solve problems, offer support, and ultimately, help people achieve their property goals in the UK market. By the end, it's clear that even small interactions can make a big difference. Time to clock out, but the journey of serving our clients continues tomorrow.
