Before launching any investment to our network of investors we conduct the strictest due diligence in order to determine a profitable outcome for everyone.


Every site is available to visit and we always encourage our investors to meet with our developers to see what their money is funding.

Our development partners receive the majority of funding towards their projects from major lenders such as banks and specialist providers. Typically the developer will have to use their own funds as a deposit (think just like a mortgage but on a much bigger scale), and then they require some small/extra residual funds to complete the total amount of funding required.

This is where Your Street and our investors help to play a part.


Banks will usually lend a partial (yet majority) amount to a developer and this is what is known as Loan-to-Value or occasionally Loan-to-Cost. This makes up around 70 - 80% of the funds required towards a project. Then followed by the developers own funds that are used as a deposit to the lender and finally, private investors funds make up the rest.

With Your Street, you have the option to invest your money with an established property developer and they will pay you a promised fixed return of interest.

Each development partner that we work with offers varying levels of return and they all provide options to invest for either income or growth. The choice is up to you.
